Description

Basic trace element of iodine for daily administration. Required for the growth and coloring of corals. Necessary for the removal of crustaceans. Promotes the adaptation and coloring of soft corals. The iodine trace element must be renewed regularly. Iodine tends to degrade rapidly, a process which is further accelerated by the addition of ozone or the use of activated carbon filters or skimmers. In addition, iodine is degraded when exposed to light. Lack of iodine stops the growth of corals and leads to fading of colors. Jod 24 nano promotes coral growth, optimizes adaptation to different levels of illumination and helps neutralize excess oxygen produced by zebrafish. Echinoderms require iodine to make their shells, while shellfish need it to harden their chitinous hardening after removal. Regular addition of Jod 24 nano is essential for the long-term care of xenia colonies and various species of algae, such as Caulerpa, Halimeda and many brown algae. In fish, iodine is an important component of thyroid hormone. Dosage: At normal stock levels, 2 drops per day for every 100 liters of aquarium water. The dosage may be increased in cases of higher iodine requirements due to higher stock levels and consequently a larger number of users or precipitation above average for the reasons mentioned above. The dosage should be reduced if the corals react with excessive color increase.
